Linda Bracken, CEO, Co-owner Linda Bracken is co-founder, owner and CEO of YJT Solutions. As the primary director of all YJT operations, she provides vital technology guidance to YJT clients, including large financial institutions, trading firms and hedge funds. Bracken is a current member of the Futures Industry Association and sits on the FIA IT Board. She holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Iowa State University and a Masters of Management degree from Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Rob Merrilees, Co-owner Rob Merrilees is co-founder and owner of YJT Solutions. He is also the managing member of Spot Trading, L.L.C., an off-floor trading firm specializing in equity options. Prior to founding Spot Trading, Merrilees was managing director and head of U.S. equities trading at Stafford Trading in Chicago. From 1991 to 1995, he was managing partner at G-Bar Limited Partnership, and from 1987 to 1990, he worked at G-Bar as an off-floor trader and risk manager. Merrilees holds an A.B. from Princeton University and a Masters of Management degree from Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Suzzette Jaskowiak, Managing Director Suzzette Jaskowiak leads YJT’s Consulting Services practice. Prior to joining YJT, Suzzette was a Senior Director at Forsythe Solutions Group, where she was responsible for developing and delivering the company’s support services offerings. Previously, Suzzette held roles in consulting, IT, and managed services at Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting), The Revere Group, and ABN AMRO. She holds an M.S. in Mathematics from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, and a B.S. in both Computer Science and Mathematics from Santa Clara University in California.

Catherine Sigmar With over 20 years of legal, operational, and managerial experience, Catherine is a veteran of the technology industry with a history of delivering strategic solutions with a proven and continuous return on investment. Under Catherine's guidance, YJT's Managed Services group has continued to enhance its comprehensive support and unparalleled service. Before joining YJT as Director of the Managed Services Group, Catherine served as Vice President and Senior Corporate Counsel of Hostway Corporation, and General Manager of Hostway's subsidiary, RegistryPro Corporation. Prior to joining Hostway, Catherine served as Managing Director of Intel Solution Services, where she was charged with managing Intel's consulting business in North and South America. Catherine obtained her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Ontario, and a Juris Doctor degree from Illinois Institute of Technology.
