Linda Bracken, Managing Director Linda Bracken is co-founder, owner and managing director of YJT Solutions. As the primary director of all YJT operations, she provides vital technology guidance to YJT clients, including large financial institutions, trading firms and hedge funds. Bracken is a current member of the Futures Industry Association. She holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Iowa State University and a Masters of Management degree from Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Rob Merrilees, Managing Director Rob Merrilees is co-founder, owner and managing director of YJT Solutions. He is also the managing member of Spot Trading, L.L.C., an off-floor trading firm specializing in equity options. Prior to founding Spot Trading, Merrilees was managing director and head of U.S. equities trading at Stafford Trading in Chicago. From 1991 to 1995, he was managing partner at G-Bar Limited Partnership, and from 1987 to 1990, he worked at G-Bar as an off-floor trader and risk manager. Merrilees holds an A.B. from Princeton University and a Masters of Management degree from Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Liz Anderson, Vice President of Business Solutions YJT’s Business Solutions practice is led by Liz Anderson. Prior to joining YJT, Liz worked at Accenture, Inforte, and a national mortgage lender where she led large-scale technology projects to successful completion. Anderson is a current member of the Futures Industry Association. She holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, as well as her Project Management Professional Certification from PMI.

Pat Payne, Vice President of Technology Solutions Pat Payne leads YJT’s Technology Solutions practice. Prior to joining YJT, Pat worked at a leading strategic IT consulting firm based in the Northeast where he led multiple mission critical technology projects for financial exchanges and global financial firms. In that time, Pat also successfully launched and managed the firm's information security practice. Pat is a currently a member of the Futures Industry Association. He holds an A.B. from the University of Chicago, as well as numerous technology industry certifications.

Suzzette Jaskowiak, Vice President of Managed Services Suzzette Jaskowiak leads YJT’s Managed Services practice. Prior to joining YJT, Suzzette worked at Forsythe Solutions Group, where she was responsible for developing and delivering the company’s support services offerings. Previously, Suzzette held roles in consulting, IT, and managed services at Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting), The Revere Group, and ABN AMRO. She holds an M.S. in Mathematics from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, and a B.S. in both Computer Science and Mathematics from Santa Clara University in California.
