Linda Bracken Maclachlan
Linda is a trusted technology advisor to Chicago-based firms. She helps YJT’s clients craft winning IT operations strategies that maximize returns on their technology investments. She is responsible for guiding YJT’s services strategy and for establishing and maintaining the high standards for which YJT is known.
Linda is widely recognized as a leader in the Chicago IT community. She serves as a member of the Chicagoland Chamber or Commerce Board of Directors and is an avid promoter of Chicago business. She was both a finalist and a subsequent judge for the annual City of Chicago’s James Tyree Emerging Leadership Award.
Linda received her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Iowa State University and her Masters of Management Degree from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, graduating cum laude from both programs. She began her career at Accenture as a Financial Services practice manager.
Pam brings exceptional operational leadership to our team. As a former client of YJT, she catalyzes a true client focus in all of YJT’s operations.
Pam served as the Director of Global Operations and Interim CIO at Ariel Investments for two years. She launched her career at Brinson Partners, and after UBS’ acquisition of Brinson she began a long-standing career with UBS, ultimately becoming an Executive Director & Global Operations Business Manager.
Pam received her Bachelor’s degree in Enterprise Management from Northern Illinois University. She has also received her ITIL Foundations Certification and the CFA Institute Investment Foundations Certification.

Iain was Chief Architect and Senior Executive at Accenture, where he managed 1,000 employees worldwide and handled quality assurance reviews for the firm’s most demanding client projects. He was also CEO of Fair Opinion, a consulting firm that provides testimony in legal cases in the field of information technology and computer software, and has held an adjunct professor role at Northwestern University’s Masters of Engineering Management Program.

John Moon is VP and CIO of Johnson Outdoors Inc., a leading global outdoor recreational products company, where he is responsible for defining and implementing the company’s strategic use of IT globally. Prior to joining Johnson Outdoors, John enjoyed a successful 23-year career at Baxter International Inc. and Caremark International (a 2002 spin-off of Baxter), where he held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility before being named Baxter’s CIO in 2000 and Corporate Vice President in 2002. Prior to joining Baxter, John held positions in the telecommunications and software industries.
John was named CIO of the Year in 2001 by the Association of Information Technology Professionals and was selected as a Premier 100 IT Leader by Computerworld Magazine in 2003.
