Our managed services contracts are designed to be highly effective over the long-term course of our working relationship. Many prospective customers who are buying managed services from another vendor express frustration over their monthly bill. They are routinely surprised with charges for overages in allotted hours, unsupported devices, and out-of-scope work. That’s not the case at YJT. We want to help you build your business, not eek out additional revenue that we disguised during the proposal process. Consequently, we price our Service Desk by the employee and not by the device, regardless of how many phones, laptops, printers, and desktops each employee has. We price our Infrastructure Management by the device count as well, not by how many hours a month it takes us to support it. And whenever realistically possible, we offer fixed fee projects for our IT Evolutionary services. We scale up AND down on a monthly basis. The result?
